LeadershipRESET

An accelerator for leaders who want to build a new economy — and are ready to be nominated.

Something is missing

You have the title, the salary, the career. And still — it isn't enough.

The systems we've built are becoming brittle — economically, ecologically, socially. You feel the gap widening between where the world is heading and the future you actually want to help build. You're not ready to give up. You just need the space, the tools, and the people to make it real.

This feeling is the beginning.
  • A 10-month journey to see the systems shaping our world clearly.
  • A community of leaders already rewriting the rules.
  • Guidance from experts, practitioners, and a personal mentor.
  • Not a manual — a mirror, and peers willing to look into theirs too.
How it works

A 10-month hybrid journey, built around presence

Two 5-day in-person gatherings in Paris anchor the program — one to set the stage, one to close it. In between, the cohort meets online twice a month, three hours at a time, to go deep on one of six themes shaping the world. Three Champions of Impact conferences bring outside voices into the room, and a personal mentor plus a peer coaching group walk with you throughout — not just during the ten months, but after.

What RESET stands for

Five ideas define the core of the program

01

Regeneration

Rebuilding rather than just sustaining — strategies that replenish natural, social, and economic systems.

02

Entrepreneurship

Driving active, creative agency — turning systemic insight into tangible, thriving ventures.

03

Systems

Mapping complexity — seeing the interconnected dynamics behind isolated symptoms.

04

Ethics

Refusing easy compromises — bringing philosophical and moral inquiry into executive decisions.

05

Trust

Rebuilding the relational glue — psychological safety, peer accountability, transparent alliances.

Who this is for

Four kinds of leaders find their way here

01

Leaders with a voice inside them

You're in business, government, civil society, or your own venture — and you feel the growing gap between the system you operate in and the leader you want to be.

02

People who want to act

You're ready to move past analysis and good intentions, and you need guidance on where to start.

03

Builders of a different future

You believe current systems are falling short, and you're looking for peers ready to act with integrity.

04

Seekers of depth and connection

You're not after another certificate or networking event — you want a real shift in how you think, lead, and show up.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Between 30–40 years old
  • In a decision-making position
  • A clear, personal motivation
  • The courage to sit in discomfort
How it will change you

From the inside out — and from the outside in

Inside out

Know who you are as a leader

Not a role, not a title — a grounded sense of your own values, voice, and the leader you're choosing to become.

Gain clarity, see the systems clearly

Understand the economic, ecological, and political forces you've been living inside — and know where you can move them.

Develop the courage to act

Not just intention — the tools, resilience, and community to move to real action, even when it's uncomfortable.

Outside in

See through the systems you know

Expert-led sessions and open discussion challenge the assumptions underneath what you already understand.

Be challenged, not just supported

An experienced guide accompanies you throughout — someone who holds you accountable and walks the path with you.

Join a greater community

Small islands of coherence can shift an entire system to a higher order. This is your island.

"Hope is often misunderstood. People tend to think that it is simply passive wishful thinking... This is indeed the opposite of real hope, which requires action and engagement." — Jane Goodall

Six systems shaping the world, each seen through the lens of leadership

01

Leading within planetary boundaries rather than against them.

Where power, work, and human connection are being reshaped — and where leaders draw the line.

03

Leadership & Governance

Leading when trust is fracturing and old models are failing.

04

Finance & Financial Systems

Who creates value, who captures it, and how money is redirected.

05

Trade & Exchange

The human, ecological, and political cost behind supply chains and markets.

06

Regulation & Government

Where policy, public power, and citizens can intervene.

Why RESET, and not another program

Four commitments that set this apart

We don't teach you about problems

We ask you to sit with them — to understand, feel, and let a problem change how you think, not just hand you a framework.

We use multiple lenses, not one

Business, political, psychology, ethics, ecology, economics — real change needs more than one way of seeing.

You learn from people, not just experts

Inspiring professionals, indigenous communities, and local changemakers whose way of seeing the world will challenge what you thought you knew.

You're mentored during and after

Every participant is guided throughout the program — and supported beyond it, because your pledge is only the beginning.
