An accelerator for leaders who are building a new economy — and for those who believe in them.
Apply nowThe future economy will not build itself. It will be built by leaders who care about more than financial return, who feel the urgency, and who inspire through their values rather than their authority. You know one. Maybe more than one.
Two 5-day in-person gatherings in Paris anchor the program — one to set the stage, one to close it. In between, the cohort meets online twice a month, three hours at a time, to go deep on one of six themes shaping the world. Three Champions of Impact conferences bring outside voices into the room, and a personal mentor plus a peer coaching group walk with your nominee throughout — not just during the ten months, but after.
Rebuilding rather than just sustaining — strategies that replenish natural, social, and economic systems.
Driving active, creative agency — turning systemic insight into tangible, thriving ventures.
Mapping complexity — seeing the interconnected dynamics behind isolated symptoms.
Refusing easy compromises — bringing philosophical and moral inquiry into executive decisions.
Rebuilding the relational glue — psychological safety, peer accountability, transparent alliances.
They feel the growing gap between the system they operate in and the leader they want to be. They haven't found the right space to act on it yet — but the conviction is there. You can see it.
They're done with analysis and good intentions, and are looking for the guidance, tools, and community to make change real.
They look at their organisation, sector, or the world, and know it can do better. That belief is fuel, not frustration.
They want a genuine transformation — a shift in how they think, lead, and show up — and are ready to do the work it requires.
Gains a leader who listens differently, who creates space for others to think bigger and feel their work truly matters.
Gains someone who returns with clarity, courage, and a concrete plan for change — not just a manager, an inspiring leader.
Gains a voice that asks better questions, makes braver decisions, and changes the conversations happening around them.
Gains a mentor and champion who has done the inner work, and knows how to help others do theirs.
A team that understands complexity, ethics, and systems thinking the same way — and can move faster because of it.
They make their pledge to each other and to the organisation. Accountability doesn't need to be managed; it's already there.
Not a working group, not a task force — leaders who've done the inner work and lead real transformation together, from the inside.
Most programs give frameworks. We ask participants to first understand and feel a problem, and let it change how they think.
Business, political, psychology, ethics, ecology, economics — real change needs more than one way of seeing.
Inspiring professionals, indigenous communities, and local changemakers whose way of seeing the world challenges what participants thought they knew.
Every participant is guided throughout the program and supported beyond it — their pledge is only the beginning.
Exclusive of travel and living expenses.
